Tai Chi Chuan helps us harness all the energy in our body that is typically dispersed and wasted.

The first feeling we encounter is a feeling of wellbeing throughout our entire body. Our muscles will work without stiffness, producing a true muscular relaxation making tensions dissipate, allowing a better functioning of your internal glands. Respiratory capacity increases and as it becomes deep and abdominal, it benefits our internal organs. The continual rotation of our hips and waist gives our abdominal muscles great elasticity, which when contracted realize a massage on our liver, intestines, stomach, etc. This favors our nutritive and digestive processes, forestalling ulcers.

The movements employed in Tai Chi, help tone the heart and regulate its rhythm, improving the circulation of our blood, as well as arterial pressure.
